Are your parts covered under a warranty?

Yes. All PHYSICAL products purchased from Rapid Designs or myself (Evan English) are covered under a 30 day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. The 30 day period takes effect upon delivery of the part at the shipping address indicated.

Digital products (i.e. STL files and such) that are available on sites such as Cults3d DO NOT come with any warranty as they are intended for the customer to print themselves and modify to their needs. The customer’s ability and 3d printing toolsets dictate the quality of the part and its effectiveness or lack thereof.

If items are missing from shipment or damaged during shipment, the customer must contact Rapid Designs via email or phone within 30 days of delivery at the shipping address indicated. Otherwise, replacement parts will be covered by the customer.

What is the return/cancellation policy?

Currently (as of October 2nd, 2025) there is not a return/cancellation policy in effect. All product sales are as is and final unless damaged during shipment or damaged due to manufacturing defects. Please see the above warranty statement.

Why should I buy parts from you?

While there are many aftermarket parts companies with great track records in this space, the only way to drive innovation is for new players to enter the market. New players with different ideas, backgrounds, and ways of working creates new solutions to problems, creative designs, and overall give the customer more option. I take pride in trying to provide products that are cost effective, solve issues, and try to tackle things from a different perspective. Making parts painless to install, high quality, and keep a close ear to the community are what I think contrasts myself from the crowd. Hopefully Rapid Designs can cater to a wide array of individuals and groups with this ethos for many years to come.

Product Use and Intended Purpose

All parts manufactured, designed, and sold under the Rapid Designs name and by Evan English are specifically designed and manufactured with the intent to increase vehicle off-road performance, racing applications, and competitive motorsport use. These products are explicitly NOT intended, designed, or approved for use on public streets, highways, or any public roadways. By purchasing any product from Rapid Designs or Evan English, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees that all products are intended solely for off-road, closed-course, and competitive racing environments.

Limitation of Liability and Assumption of Risk

Due to the inherent nature of racing, motorsports, and performance vehicle modification, all variances in operating conditions, environmental factors, vehicle configurations, installation methods, maintenance practices, and use patterns cannot be predicted, anticipated, or foreseen by Rapid Designs or Evan English. Therefore, the safety and well-being of any person, entity, or property associated with the purchase, installation, use, operation, or presence near any products manufactured or sold by Rapid Designs or Evan English is entirely out of our control.

Rapid Designs and Evan English expressly disclaim all liability and cannot and will not be held liable, responsible, or accountable for:

  • Any event, incident, accident, or occurrence of any kind

  • Any product failures, malfunctions, or defects due to unforeseen events, circumstances, or conditions

  • Improper use, misuse, abuse, neglect, or modification of products

  • Improper installation, maintenance, or storage of products

  • Any damage, injury, loss, or harm of any nature whatsoever

Vehicle Modification Risks and Purchaser Responsibility

Modification of any vehicle through the installation of parts manufactured, designed, or sold by Rapid Designs or Evan English may significantly alter the vehicle's on-road performance, handling characteristics, structural integrity, safety systems, and crash performance. Such modifications could result in increased risk of bodily harm, personal injury, severe injury, death, property damage, or complete loss of property in the event of a crash, accident, collision, rollover, or any other incident.

By purchasing, receiving, or accepting delivery of any item, product, component, or service from Rapid Designs or Evan English, the purchaser, end user, installer, and any associated parties hereby:

  • Voluntarily and knowingly assume full and complete responsibility for any and all property damage, vehicle damage, or personal injury (including severe injury or death) that may occur while purchasing, transporting, storing, installing, using, operating, maintaining, or being in proximity to products manufactured, designed, and/or sold by Rapid Designs or Evan English

  • Acknowledge that they have been clearly warned of all associated risks

  • Agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rapid Designs and Evan English from any claims, demands, lawsuits, or liabilities

Complete Disclaimer of Liability

Rapid Designs and Evan English will not, under any circumstances, take responsibility, accept liability, or provide compensation for:

  • Personal injury, bodily harm, disability, disfigurement, or death

  • Property damage, vehicle damage, or loss of property

  • Economic losses, lost wages, or any consequential damages

  • Any claims arising from the usage, installation, failure, malfunction, or defect of parts manufactured, designed, distributed, and/or sold by Rapid Designs or Evan English

  • Any claims by third parties who may be affected by the use of our products

This disclaimer applies regardless of the cause of failure or damage, including but not limited to: manufacturing defects, design defects, material defects, installation errors, user error, normal wear and tear, extreme conditions, or any other cause whatsoever.

Installation Requirements and Professional Competency

DO NOT purchase, install, use, or operate any part manufactured, designed, or sold by Rapid Designs or Evan English if:

  • You do not fully agree with and accept all terms and conditions stated herein

  • You do not feel competent, qualified, experienced, or properly trained in installing, maintaining, and using such products safely and correctly

  • You do not have access to proper tools, equipment, facilities, and technical documentation

  • You are not willing to assume all risks associated with these products

Improper installation, incorrect assembly, inadequate maintenance, use of improper manufacturing procedures for DIY (do-it-yourself) components, or failure to follow provided instructions can and likely will lead to catastrophic failure resulting in severe personal injury, death, or substantial property damage.

All products must be installed by a qualified, licensed, and experienced professional mechanic or technician with specific knowledge of performance vehicle modifications. Only highly skilled individuals with appropriate training, experience, and expertise should attempt to complete installation or assembly of any DIY parts or components.

The purchaser is solely responsible for ensuring proper installation, regular inspection, ongoing maintenance, and safe operation of all products purchased from Rapid Designs or Evan English.

Modifications to Terms and Products

Rapid Designs and Evan English reserve the absolute and unconditional right to change, modify, or update at any time and without prior notification:

  • Pricing and fees

  • Material specifications and composition

  • Design specifications and dimensions

  • Manufacturing processes and procedures

  • Product availability and discontinuation

  • These terms and conditions

  • Any other specifications, terms, or details associated with our products, services, or business operations

Final Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase from Rapid Designs or Evan English, the purchaser explicitly acknowledges that they have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this document. This agreement constitutes a complete waiver of liability and assumption of risk by the purchaser.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS IN THEIR ENTIRETY, DO NOT PURCHASE OR USE ANY PRODUCTS FROM RAPID DESIGNS OR EVAN ENGLISH.
